Vionix Labs designs AI agents for businesses, voice agents, embedded AI solutions and custom eshops & mobile apps with AI chatbots — for Greece and international markets.

UniStart Hubs — the knowledge-intensive entrepreneurship support structures of the University of the Peloponnese and the Peloponnese Region — participated at FOODTECH 2025 with a business mission of five supported teams. The goal: networking, knowledge exchange and contact with leading players in the agri-food and business sectors.
Teams visited the exhibition from 8–10 November, attending sessions at the F&B NEXT-GEN Stage (Hall 2) on food safety, innovation, robotics in production, DAIRY LAB, TRENDS & INNOVATION (AI, food safety, modern challenges) and «Integrating AI in food safety and quality».
The mission provided practical opportunities to learn about equipment, connect with suppliers and support digital transformation in the agri-food sector — areas where Vionix Labs builds AI agents and operational dashboards for businesses.
